If you communicate with us, or you email us, we can collect your information. It is very important to us to protect your personal info. That is why you can use our website and our services in part without any personal data being received. If you want to set up a personal account for our VPN service, we need only a working email address. Provide additional details about yourself (your name, address, phone number)

We do not store any Personal Information so we do not share your Personal Information.

b. Non-Personal Information.

We do not sell, exchange or otherwise transfer your information on to third parties. We do not associate Non-Personal Information with Personal Details (like combining your name with your unique User Device number).

We will access, use or reveal your information to other organizations or entities for purposes that are needed by any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; identify, deter or otherwise prevent fraud, protection or technical issues; protect against harm to the rights, properties or safety of us, our users or the public as necessary; or permitted by law.

3. ADVERTISING

We do not server any ads for the VIP subscription of our services. As well, we are proud to offer free, advertising-supported VPN services to the customers as some of our offers show. We work with third-party advertising partners to show ads to the customers who choose free VPN services.

We ensure that we do not target any personal information based on these ads. Although you opt in to use the free, advertising-supported VPN services, we will not share the advertisers any of your personal information or any usage information without your prior consent.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, these advertising partners may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies on our services, and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you which they may collect over time and across different online services.

By subscribing to the Offered Subscription, you agree that certain purchase information (e.g., your email address, Subscription term, payment amount, and subscription ID will be shared with the respective payment processing Third Party Services for purposes of activating, administering, and also for improving your experience, and communicating with you about the Offered Subscription. When you use offered subscription, the Third Party Services (which acts as a separate data controller of your personal data) processes your personal data according to the procedures established by it and governed by its privacy policies.

- Attempt to access, probe, or connect to computing devices without proper authorization (i.e. any form of “hacking”).

- Attempt to compile, utilize, or distribute a list of IP addresses operated by Wire Tun VPN in conjunction with the Service.

- Use the Service for anything other than lawful purposes.
